Who owns the fibre and the equipment?+

You do. The infrastructure we install is an asset of the building. It adds to its value and stays with it. We design, manage and maintain it end to end as a fully managed service.

Does this lock our tenants in to Netcalibre?+

No. The in-building fibre is an open-access network. If a tenant prefers another provider, that carrier can deliver over the same fibre and we will help make the connection. We hold no exclusivity over the fibre spine.

What do tenants actually get on day one?+

Dedicated Internet that is live the day they move in. They pick a bandwidth and a go-live date, with no wayleave to negotiate and no carrier install to wait for. It makes your space easier to let.

Does calibration help with WiredScore?+

Yes. Where possible, the design uses diverse building entry, dual carriers and diverse risers to each floor, in line with WiredScore criteria — every building is different, so the site survey confirms exactly what yours can support. We provide full network documentation for your certification evidence.

What does it cost, and how long does it take?+

Every building is different, so we start with a free site survey and give you a connectivity report, a delivery programme and a costed proposal. Timelines mostly depend on carrier lead times, which we manage end to end.
