The fibre is already in the building and live. Tell us the bandwidth you want and your move-in date, and the connection will be working when you arrive. Next week is fine.
A wayleave is the legal agreement a carrier needs before it can install equipment in a building. It usually means solicitors on both sides and months of waiting. In a calibrated building the network is already in place under our agreement with the landlord, so no separate wayleave is required.
We deliver the same dedicated connectivity anywhere in the UK through our carrier partners, and we manage the whole install, wayleave included. If you would like your building calibrated, put your landlord in touch. The site survey is free.
Calibrated buildings are fed by two separate carriers, and if your service includes one of our resilience options, your connection switches to the second feed in under 300 milliseconds, too quick to notice. On a single-line service you are offline until the fault is fixed, so if downtime is expensive, add failover. Either way, our monitoring desk usually spots problems before you do, and the service is backed by an SLA with service credits.
